This book sort of just reminded me of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire but not as intense.
At 80% the book finally got a little interesting.
I feel like with the competitions they had to do, it was so rushed and happened so fast that I barely even knew the competition started as it was ending.
I had a really hard time following along and even really knowing the true point of the book. I get the payback part but was it a romance? adventure? just fiction? I was so close to adding to my DNF pile.
I found myself rereading sentences like 10 times, I don’t know what it was but something just wasn’t flowing nicely for me.
